What we do, who it is for, how we price it

Every quote is written, specific to your site and volume, and lists what the price covers. Here is how each service works.

Commercial laundry pickup and return

What we do: Scheduled pickup of soiled laundry in carts or bags, washing and drying on equipment we control, folding, and return on the next visit. Every load is weighed and every handoff signed, so you can check the count against the invoice.
Who it is for: Animal shelters and veterinary clinics, medical and dental offices, gyms, short-term rental hosts and property managers, and county and city facilities.
How we price: A flat price per cart or per pound, set after we see a typical week of your volume. The quote states what the price covers, including pickup and return; extra trips are priced before we make them. Billed monthly against the signed logs.

Proof: twice-weekly cart exchange for Kenton County Animal Services since October 2026.

What we do: We place the right dumpster or roll-off, schedule swaps and pulls, and keep the paperwork straight. The trucks belong to licensed local haulers who work under our contract and insurance, so you deal with one company and get one invoice.
Who it is for: Government sites, renovation and construction jobs, property managers, warehouses and shops, and one-time cleanouts.
How we price: Container rental plus a charge for each swap or haul, based on container size and how often it is pulled. Disposal and landfill fees are listed on their own line. One-time cleanouts are quoted as a single job.

Proof: dumpster and roll-off service for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, since October 2026.

What we do: Local cleaning crews for routine service and periodic deep cleaning: restrooms, floors, trash, break rooms, touch points and floor care. Day or night schedules, with a signed service log for every visit.
Who it is for: Offices, animal shelters, clinics, shop floors and warehouses, and county and city buildings.
How we price: Per visit or per month, from a walkthrough of your space: square footage, how often, and what is in scope. Supplies can be included or left to you. Deep cleans and floor care are quoted separately.

Proof: our crews work under our general liability and Kentucky workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance on request.

What we do: Scheduled routes and same-day runs for documents, lab specimens, prescriptions, parts and packages, plus mail runs between your buildings. Each handoff is recorded with a signature and the time.
Who it is for: Clinics and labs, pharmacies, law and title offices, county offices, and businesses with parts or paperwork that have to arrive today.
How we price: Routes are priced per stop or per month. One-off runs are priced per trip by distance and waiting time. You know the price before we drive.

Proof: USDOT 4557878 (active). Scheduled routes for clinics and offices in Northern Kentucky; signed handoff on every run.

What we do: We source medical, safety, janitorial, industrial and shop supplies and equipment from manufacturers and authorized distributors and deliver them to your door. We handle the quote, the order, the tracking and the delivery paperwork.
Who it is for: Federal buyers such as Army installations and the Defense Logistics Agency, state and county purchasing offices, and businesses that want one supplier for recurring items.
How we price: A delivered price per item, including shipping to your door (FOB destination). Quotes go out in writing and follow your solicitation's format.

Proof: monitoring and storage equipment delivered to the U.S. Army at Fort Hood, Texas, October 2026; active on Defense Logistics Agency orders.
