About
A veteran-owned company from Falmouth, Kentucky
Global Roots Services handles the recurring service work that public offices and businesses buy every year, and answers for every job itself.
Who we are
Global Roots Services is the trade name of Global Roots Tours LLC, a Kentucky company formed in 2025 and based in Falmouth, in Pendleton County. We pick up and return laundry, coordinate dumpsters and hauling, send cleaning crews, run courier routes and deliver supplies, for government buyers and for businesses around Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati.
The owner
Jesse Gillispie owns and runs the company. He served in the U.S. Army infantry from 2005 to 2010, including a combat tour in Baghdad, Iraq, in 2006 and 2007, and is a service-disabled veteran. He manages every contract directly.
How we work
- One accountable contact for the life of a job or contract.
- An answer the same business day, and a written quote within two business days.
- Local partners, such as licensed haulers, work under our contract and insurance, so you hold one contract and get one invoice.
- Signed service logs and a clear monthly invoice.
- Insured: general liability, Kentucky workers' compensation and auto. Certificates on request.
Where we work
On-site service across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati, including Covington, Florence, Burlington, Alexandria and Falmouth. Government supply and coordinated services anywhere in the United States. Overseas event logistics through our partners in Panama and the Philippines.
